Ben was an assassin of the Assassin's Guild and Arobynn Hamel's Second-in-Command.
Biography[]
Five years younger than Arobynn, Ben grew up and trained alongside the future King of Assassins, aiding his rise to power and becoming his unflinchingly loyal Second-in-Command. At the Assassin's Keep, Ben trained many of the younger assassins, including Celaena Sardothien, in addition to mending and setting various injuries.
The Assassin and the Pirate Lord[]
Ben is killed during a failed mission of another assassin, Gregori.[1] His body is found by Sam Cortland near the castle gates and later retrieved by Celaena. She deeply regrets his death and recalls many memories of the times Ben was kind to her.
